Oakover’s principal, Geoff Bell, has over 25 years of experience in executive and senior management roles in both the public and private sectors.

This has given him a strong understanding of the pressures that leaders often face as they work to ensure long-term success. He is therefore well placed to provide assistance and support services, either in a one-on-one capacity, or in a broader advisory role that could involve the entire leadership team of an organisation.

Geoff’s experience covers a wide range of industries including:

Geoff’s skills are strongest in the areas of strategic and business planning, leadership development and organisational restructuring. He also understands how effective marketing, and good risk assessment and corporate governance, together with strong financial controls, can lead to success no matter what the organisation does, or whatever its size.

Geoff is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management. He holds post-graduate qualifications in strategic planning.
